Welcome to my online gallery!

Michigan is home to a variety of trees which continue to inspire my work. I enjoy working with leaves to create motion and add texture to the surface. Forms in nature impress an organic form to my work.

I have recently been enjoying the technique of coiling to form my pots, creating works which are reflective in form and presence. Wheel-thrown pieces are also represented in works shown on the "for use" page.

The original handcrafted work shown on the following pages has been fired to stoneware temperatures. All work is microwave and dishwasher safe. All are free of lead and barium. Sizes listed are approximate. A new addition to my portfolio are pieces which have been finished by a process of smoke firing. These works are fired to a much lower temperature and are non-functional.

Feel free to contact me via email with any questions about my work. Please check out my links to learn where you can find my work. Visit me at the Sunday Artisan Market in Ann Arbor, Michigan - a weekly outdoor market, open April - December
